Welsh Lib Dems criticise Conservative suspensions

Ahead of the County Council elections three Conservative Councillors were suspended for misconduct.

Furthermore, it has emerged the suspensions cost the taxpayer £16,292.19.

“These suspensions raise serious doubts over the effectiveness of the Conservative group on Powys County Council. People deserve better than Councillors who can’t represent them.”
