Kirsty Williams meets overseas delegation to promote Mid-Wales tourism

Kirsty Williams AM joined a delegation from South China and Hong Kong to promote tourism in mid-Wales.

The delegation consisted of people who ran tourism companies overseas, and the event - a Welsh Government/Visit Britain initiative - is intended to champion inbound tourism.

Kirsty joined the group as they enjoyed refreshments and were showed around Brecon Castle Hotel. The delegation then set off for Talgarth Mill before visiting Tretower Court and Castle, Gliffaes Country House Hotel and Black Mountains Smokery.

Kirsty said:

"We all know how important tourism is in Brecon & Radnorshire, so I was pleased to support this initiative".

"Brecon Castle Hotel, Talgarth Mill, Tretower Court, Gliffaes Hotel and Black Mountains Smokery are just some of the fantastic attractions in this part of the world and it's good to see them promoted in this way".
