Welsh Assembly Election Results For Brecon & Radnorshire

At the Welsh Assembly Election in Brecon & Radnorshire on 1st May 2003, 26843 votes were cast (approximately 50% of the total number of eligible voters) with the following result:

49.6%

Kirsty Williams (Liberal Democrat): 13325 votes.

29.9%

Nicholas Bourne (Conservative): 8017 votes.

11.7%

David Rees (Labour): 3130 votes.

Brynach Parri (Plaid Cymru): 1329 votes.

3.9%

Liz Phillips (UK Independence Party): 1042 votes.
