Welsh Lib Dems Gain in Brecon & Radnorshire1.00.00pm GMT Fri 2nd May 2008 Welsh Liberal Democrats have had success in Local Council Elections; moving up from 12 to 13 seats in Brecon & Radnorshire. Kirsty Williams AM for Brecon & Radnorshire said: "It has been a good result for the Welsh Liberal Democrats across Wales as a whole and I'm delighted that this success has been replicated in B&R. "People have given a vote of confidence by electing 13 great Lib Dem councillors and I know that this will be rewarded by 4 great years of hard work and standing up for local people and local services."
