Kirsty with Andrew Davies AM meeting residents in Llyswen

Welsh Liberal Democrat AM for Brecon and Radnorshire, Kirsty Williams, has taken the Transport Minister to Llyswen, so that he could hear villagers concerns about road safety.

Ms Williams arranged for the Minister to meet with local people, including representatives from the community council, who are concerned about drivers speeding through the village.

Ms Williams said: "After extensive correspondence with the Minister about this issue, I was pleased that he was able to come to the village, to see the problem for himself, and to hear the views of local residents. It was a useful meeting, and the Minister has now undertaken to consider how the situation in Llyswen could be improved, including the possibility of additional signage for the road."
